Mentoring Relationships
Research has shown that quality mentoring relationships have strong positive effects on students. Mentoring positively impacts students in a variety of personal, academic and professional situations. Ultimately, mentoring connects a young person to personal growth and development, as well as to social and economic opportunity. In these workshop sessions, we will explore model mentoring programs and the utilization of best practices when developing a mentoring program.
